Operation: Blender Mayonnaise was a dismal failure. (Hey, who knew there were two N's in "mayonnaise"?) I ended up with watery, egg-flavored yellow goop. Oh well. So I started over and made real mayo the old-fashioned way, in a bowl with a mixer. Then I used the mayo to make tuna salad with farmer's market cucumbers (adorable short fat ones)
